Arelco Promotional Group, Inc. Is committed to protecting your privacy. The purpose of this document is to inform our visitors how and why we use information that we collect from people who visit the Arelco Promotional Group site.

Why We Ask For Personal Information:

When a visitor to the Arelco Promotional Group subscribes to our newsletter, we ask users to tell us a little about themselves. Specifically, we ask for the user's e-mail address. We do this so that we can e-mail our newsletter to subscribers; we also may use subscribers' e-mails to give users updates regarding Arelco.

Disclosure:

Arelco Promotional Group, Inc. will not share or sell to third parties any individual information users provide us. This insures that users won't receive junk mail or third-party unsolicited e-mail as a result of signing up for our service. The only e-mail users will get is from Arelco. (Although we sometimes allow advertisers to place messages at the end of our own e-mails.) We may, however, share aggregate information with third parties, in order to tell them more about our users. For example, we may tell potential advertisers that 30 percent of our users are between the ages of 18 and 30 (we occasionally conduct e-mail surveys of our users to acquire these facts); but we will not give an advertiser a list of e-mail addresses, or tell them personal information about individual users.

Privacy Policy Changes:

Arelco Promotional Group, Inc. reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time. If we decide to alter our policy, we will post the new policy here, and from that point onward the site will be governed by the new document.
